Subscription Terms & Conditions

• The Fee for the subscribed links are as stated above for 30 day listings, 100 day listings and annual listings.
• The Fee for 30 day, 100 day and single dealership annual listings are payable inadvance of the listing period selected and must be paid in full.
• The Fee for Annual listings for 5 or more dealerships can be paid quarterly, inadvance of each quarter* Please contact us for further details.
• The subscription start date, will be the date we activate the web links, not the date of payment.
• The subscribed links shall remain active for the duration of the subscription selected at the time of the ordering.
• ukcars4sale will provide links to the dealership's home page and the dealership's vehicle stock page.
• The subscibed links shall be placed on the dealer profile pages found via the regional listing pages or the dealership type pages.
• The subscription agreement shall continue until expiry of the selected listing period at the time of ordering.

* Annual Listing Quarterly Payments.
We reserve the right to charge interest in respect of any late payment of any sums due under this agreement at the rate of 5 per cent above the Bank of England Base Rate of Interest from the due date until receipt of payment and/or take legal action to recover the fees owed to us for the full period of the subscription.
